  2. I think this quote means that every person has control over their own health and can be healthy if they try to be and want to be. It's your choice if you try to be healthy or not. Only you have that choice and it's an important choice. If you are healthy you will live a better life, but only you can make that happen.

  3. I think this quote means that you make your own decisions. What happens to your body is because of what you do for it. Its your health and no one else's. So you're pretty much the "author" of the way your life is put in place.

I agree with this statement because we make our own decisions and choices. So, we basically plan out how our life will go by most of the decisions we make. If you make bad decisions, Your life will be very complicated. If you make good choices, life shouldn't be that rough for you.

  7. I agree with this statement because it is up to the person to eat the right foods, exercise right, and to take care of their body. I think every human being is the author of their own disease because if the person does not take care of their body like they are supposed to, they will end with a disease and if they have a disease their life would be hard for them because they would have to deal with the disease they have.

  8. I believe this quote means that every human being is the way they set up their life style and or how they set their actions. Seeing what there getting their self's into. Looking at the pro's and con's. There are pro's and con's to everything people do. Being responsible is a major key in a persons health. Diseases, people do not know what their doing so for catching something is a con to one of a major action. That's what I believe the quote means.

  9. i agree with this statement.i think this statement means that every human being has control over there self and just because somebody else does something like eat junk food all the time and don't exercise doesn't mean that you should do it to.what other people around you do isn't going to affect your health.what affects your health is what you do and if your not healthy you could diseases.

  13. i think this statement means that every human has their own problems with health and they are the ones who have to take care of them. Not getting enough sleep and not eating healthy diets are not taking care of your health. I think that if people do that than there not good roll models for other people.

Therefore, it's their responsibilty to stay clean and keep themselves from getting diseases that can change their life forever. 17. I interpret this quote as saying people are responsible for the health or any disease they obtain. Just as an author creates a story, a person creates health problems or diseases. An author uses thoughts, ideas, and knowledge to write their story. A person could use habits, foods, actions and even attitude to eventually cause health problems or diseases. It is important to keep good habits, such as eating healthy, making good decisions, and keeping a positive attitude to create a healthy, stress-free life, just as an author uses strong ideas, unique thoughts, and good knowledge to create an intriguing story.
